Practice Updates from Your Local Perinatal + Women’s Mental Health Therapists

Writing today with some updates on our SOURCE clinicians:

Charise Ngo who completed her perinatal mental health clinician (PMH-C) certification earlier this year is now a fully licensed clinical social worker! Some know and some don’t, but the full journey to licensure is thousands of hours of clinical practice, multifaceted requirements, paperwork up the wazoo, and testing. It’s a big milestone. Big congrats Charise!

Sierra Corriea celebrated two years with SOURCE in the spring and recently completed Postpartum Support International's advanced training. She is now PMH-C exam eligible. This was one of Sierra’s goals when she joined the team and she’s worked steadfast towards it. Once certified we will be three for three on the PMH-C front.

As for me, I capped off the summer with an amazing Brainspotting training with Tracy Gantlin-Monroy, MA, MDiv, LPC, and it was the most inspiring training I've done in a very long time. I've already put it into practice and am so grateful to have another deep brain trauma treatment modality to offer. To explain it is a post in inself so for now I’ll just say I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship.
